The Hotel located directly on the Pesaro seafront a few steps from the beach, required a primary remediation treatment on all the supports that had settlements of microorganisms such as algae, mold and lichens.

The building was subsequently subject to energy requalification through the installation of a thermal insulation system, capable of providing the best performance in terms of dimensional stability, acoustic insulation and breathability, as well as contribute significantly to the thermo-hygrometric rehabilitation of the building in winter and summer.

The high-tech cycles and the choice of selected finishing shades, which effectively guarantee maximum color stability, have completed the redevelopment process of this elegant accommodation facility, making the thermally insulating façade durable, eco-sustainable and clean over time.
