The Hotel Sayonara, directly on the coast of Senigallia, showed a significant deterioration of the reinforced concrete structures. As a consequence of its location near the sea, the property had facades with localized lesions of various kinds, loose plaster and dusty surfaces, as well as deposits of atmospheric pollutants with the presence of micro-organisms.

After the primary reclamation treatment on all the supports, the salt films were removed and the surfaces were subsequently renovated with a complete cycle of restoration and smoothing of the exposed reinforced concrete parts such as parapets, balconies, fronts and under balconies.

To complete the construction process of the work, the superior quality methylsilicone coating for exteriors was applied, formulated with a particular combination of pigments, mineral fillers and siloxane resins which allow the facades to be kept clean for periods very long time
