The Embassy Hotel, directly on the sea, a few steps from the historic center of Pesaro, showed a significant deterioration of the reinforced concrete structures.
As a result of its location near the sea, the property had evident infiltrations and the plastered parts were cracked, with plaster detachments and attacks by algae and mould.

The surfaces were renovated with a complete cycle of restoration and smoothing of the exposed reinforced concrete parts such as parapets, balconies, fronts and under balconies. And subsequently an acrylic siloxane coating was applied to the entire surface to protect the film from the aggression of microorganisms such as mold and algae.
