The building is located in an area with a high residential concentration, located close to the historic center of Senigallia.

The intervention involved firstly the total demolition of the top level, to then proceed with the new construction of two raised floors with a metal structure and wooden infill. The entire reinforced concrete load-bearing structure was reinforced in order to achieve seismic adaptation of the existing building.

The intervention, on the main building, involved a global energy requalification of the building with complete renovation of all systems, fixtures and screeds with the installation of new flooring and coverings. The property was subject to energy requalification through the installation of a thermal insulation system on the walls and on the new flat roof also used as a support surface for solar and photovoltaic panels.

To overcome architectural barriers, an elevator was installed.
