The restoration of this building along the Misa river began with the first inspections and technical reports, which highlighted an evident deterioration of the facades, and through preliminary analyzes the most suitable technical cycles of intervention were indicated to restore the building to its original splendor.

To solve the problem of rising damp, a chemical barrier was created by intervening with specific products at the base of the building and subsequently a renovation cycle with premixed, new generation, microporous, anti-salt and anti-humidity mineral plaster.
