Redevelopment and conservative restoration intervention of a prestigious period building overlooking the Piazza del Comune of Senigallia, in the historic center, along Corso II Giugno and Via dei Commercianti and which had long needed a recovery operation, as the signs of aging and rising damp problems had compromised the aesthetics and health of the building.

The choice of cycles for the restoration of the structure, the plaster and the finishes of the facades together with the accuracy of the intervention contributed to the artistic enhancement of this prestigious period building finally returned to its first splendor.
