We took care of following every aspect of the internal renovation of this apartment, paying maximum attention to the acoustics and the reorganization of the space, both from a functional perspective and with great attention to the aesthetic result.

The intervention in question involved the energy requalification of the real estate unit through insulation of the dispersing surfaces of the building envelope such as the floor, external walls with the installation of a thermo-acoustic insulating panel in rock wool, high-performance fixtures and through the replacement of the generator and new heating system.
