The residential complex located near the sea coast was the subject of global energy requalification with interventions on the heated building envelope such as walls, windows, roofs and flooring.

The aggressive and highly abrasive processes of the marine environment involve and are in any case accompanied, in the vast majority of cases, by corrosion of the reinforcements: an extremely significant "pathology", above all, for the effects it has on the "safety" of the structures.

Due to the strong stresses to which buildings in a marine environment are exposed as in this case, we intervene with technical restoration and maintenance cycles which involve the use of specific materials.
