The housing complex was subject to energy requalification through the installation of a coating insulation system which made it possible to optimize the energy and thermal performance of the casing, improving living comfort and guaranteeing insulation from heat and cold, reducing winter and summer energy consumption and ensuring a revaluation of the property thanks to obtaining a higher energy class, in addition to the greater durability of the facades.
